One-on-one treatement through Rise is covered by MEDICARE and BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD. Please contact us if you are interested.

Clients with PPO plans from other insurers may be able to receive coverage for our services out of network. We are happy to help clients obtain reimbursement from outside providers by providing any necessary information.

A payment discount is offered to those who pay privately at the time of service.

Please note: Speech-Language Pathology services are covered under medical plans, not mental or behavioral health plans. Many insurance companies limit coverage for speech-language therapy to a short-term rehabilitation benefit (often 60 days) after an illness or injury. Some plans also limit coverage to particular diagnoses.

The communication groups we offer are currently private-pay only, with pricing set at $40 per session or $300 for 10 sessions. (If cost is prohibitive, please contact us to discuss affordability options.)

While individual treatment with Rise Communication can take some insurance, our communication groups are not currently eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance coverage, as they are communication maintenance groups, not “speech therapy groups.”
